Personalized Items:

Due to the custom nature of our products, DocuMart cannot accept returns for printing errors.

DocuMart Guarantee - At DocuMart, our goal is to deliver the highest quality, error-free products every time you shop with us. In the event that DocuMart makes an error on your order, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate the opportunity to make it right! Please contact us immediately and our customer service representatives will work with you to correct the error as soon as possible - at no additional cost to you!

In the Event of an Error - We know how frustrating making errors can be, and we' re here to help! If you receive your order and realize you have made an error in your wording (i.e. grammar, spelling, date/time, etc.), please contact us immediately. Our customer service representatives will assist you in reordering your item(s), expediting production time whenever possible and offering you a 25% discount on the merchandise for your reorder.

Non-Personalized Items:

Paper Products - Once a blank stock invitation, stationery set or non-personalized paper product ships, it is non-returnable and non-refundable.

Quick Tip - Practice Printing

Before printing on your blank invitations, cut blank white paper to the dimensions of your invitations and practice printing your text. This will help you perfect your desired wording, layout and printer settings, without wasting any invitations. It is also suggested that you purchase extra blank invitations in the event an error is made while printing. Due to the varying shapes, sizes and layouts of our invitations, we cannot provide printing instructions or templates with our blank stock items.

Cancellation Policy

Personalized Items:

Due to the custom nature of our products, cancellations are dependant upon how far along in the production process your order is at the time of your request.

Before Work Begins - Your order may be cancelled for a full refund, if your order has not yet been processed and work on your item(s) has yet to begin. Please contact us immediately, to prevent your order from being processed, and to avoid any cancellation fees. Due to extremely fast turnaround times, cancellations cannot be accepted for Embossed Graphics items.

Prior to Printing - If your order has already been processed, but your item(s) have not yet been printed, your order may be cancelled for a $25 cancellation fee ($50 during the holidays - October 1st through December 31st). Please contact us immediately to prevent your order from being printed. Please note: fees associated with Rush Processing and Digital Proofs cannot be refunded.

Already Printed - Due to the custom nature of our products, once an order has been printed, it cannot be cancelled.

Non-Personalized Items:

Not Yet Shipped - If your items have not yet been packaged and shipped, we'd be happy to cancel your order for a full refund. Please contact us immediately to prevent your order from shipping out.

Already Shipped - Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and our return policy above would apply.
